I sourced the spare part as my car is very old and new parts are not available.

An absolute gent to deal with, especially.ly in a day and age where so  any are out for themselves. Took the time to walk me through exactly what was needed at a really competitive price.

He put in the extra time to make sure the extras I had asked for worked as expected with my particular model of car. Even after that he spent considerable time walking me through the functionality and suggesting ways I could use it.

Excellent service by OSA. My car turned out to be in much worse shape and a much bigger job than first realised. Marty quickly diagnosed and explained thoroughly the problems and potential options & costs and went to great lengths to sourcing used parts in good condition where possible, and kept me updated along the way. Communicated and explained everything step by step and very reasonably priced for quality of work which is meticulous. I'm very selective of who I leave my car with but rest assured your car will be in great hands, really pleased with the job he carried out and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to friends and family.
