  From my first Telephone conversation  with Marty I found him to be extremely  helpful  & friendly . I was enquiring  about a battery test for our VW campervan before heading to France.  He was soo informative  & knowledgeable in his field.

He went above  & beyond trying out different  tests trying to diagnose the problem before he put it on the machine.
